Terms of Use

Scope and contact

These terms describe use of the MaxThruput website and authorized demonstrations of MaxThruput Renewal Intake. "MaxThruput," "we," and "us" mean Max Thruput LLC, which operates this website and workflow software under the MaxThruput name. Contact us at info@maxthruput.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

If you use the website or a demonstration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. A separately signed pilot, subscription, or services agreement controls the services and subject matter it covers if it conflicts with these terms. These terms do not create a paid subscription.

What the service does

MaxThruput helps teams organize insurance-related email and documents, prepare structured information, review drafts, and track follow-up. Availability depends on the features and integrations enabled for your authorized environment. Website previews are illustrative and do not promise that every displayed feature is enabled in a demonstration.

MaxThruput provides workflow software. It is not an insurer or insurance producer and does not underwrite, bind coverage, determine eligibility, or provide insurance, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for professional decisions and communications.

Authorized use and your information

You must have authority to use the accounts and information you connect or submit, including any necessary permissions from your organization and affected individuals. Protect your account credentials and use the service only within your authorized access.

Use synthetic or appropriately redacted information in demonstrations unless we have separately agreed to a controlled pilot that permits the data. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, send unsolicited messages, introduce malicious content, bypass safeguards, or access another user's information.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize us to process it only as needed to provide the requested features, operate and protect the service, and meet applicable obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement. You do not transfer ownership of your documents to us.

Review before relying on an output

Extraction, matching, calculations, and AI-assisted outputs can contain errors or omissions. Check the source documents, accepted fields, recipient details, and completed output before sending, importing, or relying on them. You are responsible for the final approval and use of your work.

MaxThruput is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ACORD and does not hold an ACORD forms license. MaxThruput worksheets and structured exports are not licensed ACORD forms. We do not grant rights to third-party forms, trademarks, or software. Any import into a client's form-generation service depends on that service's requirements, the client's permissions and licenses, and validation of the target format. Compatibility must be confirmed for the specific destination.

Connected services

Connecting Gmail authorizes the permissions shown by Google. A connection can expire or be revoked, and polling and delivery may be delayed or interrupted. You can revoke access through your Google Account. Sending email requires the workflow's authorization and review steps.

If Microsoft 365 integration is offered and separately enabled for your environment, your organization must authorize the agreed Outlook or Exchange Online mailboxes and any OneDrive or SharePoint resources. You are responsible for holding the applicable Microsoft subscriptions and permissions and obtaining administrator approval when required. Mail access and document access are separate scopes. Sending messages, modifying source files, or writing files back requires the applicable permissions and workflow approvals. Your administrator may restrict or revoke access. Microsoft 365 support, file types, and import or export compatibility must be confirmed for your specific pilot or service agreement; this website does not guarantee universal integration.

Google, Microsoft, AWS, Cloudflare, and other services you choose have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability. A third-party name or link does not imply that the third party endorses every MaxThruput feature or output.

Website materials and availability

We and our licensors retain rights to the website, software, design, and materials, except for information you own and third-party materials. You may use the website for its intended business evaluation purpose. No ownership or third-party intellectual-property license is transferred by viewing the site.

The public website and demonstrations are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or suitability for a particular use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties for the website and demonstrations. Any service levels, warranties, fees, or liability allocation for contracted services belong in the separate agreement. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, changes, and questions

We may restrict demonstration access where necessary to address misuse, protect information, comply with law, or end a demonstration. Stopping access does not itself erase retained records; see our Privacy Policy for deletion requests.

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. A website update does not amend a separately signed agreement. For questions about these terms, contact info@maxthruput.com.
